My order was made on a Sunday afternoon and processed the day after in the morning, then Fedex used some teleportation tricks to deliver it on Tuesday 11am. Hats off to both Steinhart and Fedex !

Movement: The ETA 2824 is a well known and robust engine. Nothing fancy here but it does the job at least as well as one would expect.

Leather strap: Some people wondered why the hell Steinhart are selling a diver with a leather band, well the answer is simple : Just have a look at it, seriously it looks awesome ! Now let me ask you something : how often are you diving with your watches ? So leather isn’t a problem 🙂

On a daily basis, this watch is really killing it ! It deserves to get more dust and sweat before getting cleaned by a bath in a cold river 😀

Now seriously, you can face pretty much any situation wearing the Triton 100ATM. A unique style and an awesome legibility will turn it into your prefered EDC item.

But let’s face reality, chicken-wristed-watch-addicts will have to pass, the case is big and the lug-to-lug distance does require some lumberjack training. It’s big but still it doesn’t look huge: the black bezel on top of the titanium case does indeed lower the impression of a single massive piece.

For those who would be interested in replacing the strap, you can see here how it looks with the rubber or with the velcro, both sold by Steinhart as well (but not included heh !).

Although I love the look of the rubber, I have to admit that the velcro is the best when it comes to comfort. I have just received it a couple of hours ago, so don’t expect much more feedback before it gets a bit of wrist time.I have been wearing my triton almost exclusively for the last 3 weeks, no regrets here! Thank you for your time, should you have any questions feel free to ask 😉
